The structure is composed
of 5 apartments: 1 studio flat, 2 ones with two rooms, 2 ones with
three rooms.
The internal surface in
square meters per apartment is of approximately 30mq the studio flat,
40-45mq the ones with two rooms, 55-60mq the ones with three rooms.

The
prices are in Euro, for a week, and they include:
-rent,
gas, electric current, hot and could water, weekly
change of linen (for the bed, the kitchen and the bathroom).
The
costs that are not included are:

the
final cleaning of the apartment: (compulsory) Euro 28 for the studio
flat, 35 Euro for the ones with two rooms, 40 Euro for the ones with
three rooms.

Heating:
5 Euro the studio flat, 6
Euro the ones with two rooms, 8 Euro the ones with three rooms (this
is the price for a day).

Single
bed (additional): 40 Euro for a week

Damages
caution money: 200 Euro/ stay ( naturally given back if everything ok)
Swimming
pool opening: from 10/05 to 11/10.
Moreover pets are accepted for a cost of 80 Euro
stay.
